- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future-focused projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- MBA or Master's in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Certifications in emerging tech fields (AWS/GCP/Azure quantum, Stanford AI)
