Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
