Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage innovation lab budgets and resource allocation
- Author thought leadership pieces on future tech impact
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
