Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential partnerships or acquisitions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track technology adoption metrics
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing successful strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
