- Design and execute innovation pilots for cutting-edge solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory developments
- Build relationships with research institutions and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation roles with focus on future tech
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and board members
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
