Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with ethical frameworks
- Conduct competitive analysis in biotech convergence and neurotech innovations
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision to C-suite stakeholders and investment committees
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for emerging tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Certified in Technology Strategy Management (CTSM) or equivalent
- Demonstrated success in securing federal/state innovation grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred for APAC market expansion
