Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in global markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, blockchain, biotech)

- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
