Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments to identify strategic opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain relationships with technology pioneers, research institutions, and venture partners
- Oversee R&D initiatives and innovation labs focused on next-generation solutions
- Drive organizational culture of technological agility and continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic institutions
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
