- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Design ethical technology governance policies for next-gen systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech initiatives
- Certification in Technology Futures or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and sustainable tech principles
- Experience working with Fortune 500 tech ecosystems
