- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future tech vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/automation implementation
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (3+ successful launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and technical deep-dives
