Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future product/service use cases
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
