- Lead high-impact R&D projects with global engineering teams
- Collaborate with C-suite to position company as industry thought leader
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic vision to investors and stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify first-mover advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Executive presence with board-level communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
- Experience scaling tech teams across global markets
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
