Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with emphasis on quantum integration, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Architect strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption while mitigating regulatory and ethical risks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype futuristic solutions with tangible business applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Present visionary technology strategies to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and technological convergence to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on emerging/futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Proven track record of implementing technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios and strategic responses
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in emerging technology governance (e.g., AI ethics, quantum policy) highly valued
