Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-gen technologies for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, spatial computing) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee budget allocation for experimental projects with 7-figure potential
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for AI and biotech advancements
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technologies in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, biotech, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute)
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to global deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
