Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech breakthroughs
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with 10+ year adoption projections
- Architect patent-pending solutions for climate resilience, human augmentation, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with ROI modeling and risk mitigation
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with KPIs including patent filings, pilot launches, and ecosystem impact
- Build global tech ecosystem through partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy or innovation roles with proven 2020+ tech implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ scalable innovations with measurable market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., APF, WFS) or technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry forums
