Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech innovation
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with patent portfolios and IP commercialization
- MBA or advanced STEM degree from top-tier institution
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
