Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with $5M+ annual R&D budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology scouting
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across 15+ global product lines
- Lead a team of 8+ researchers and engineers in technology incubation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough products post-2020
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
