- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with R&D and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and adapt strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis (3+ major initiatives)
