Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation
- Lead market analysis of emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Coordinate with global research institutions and startups
- Develop ESG compliance frameworks for future technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong data modeling and financial analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
- Master's degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
