- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to access breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members with actionable recommendations
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting emerging tech adoption
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, sustainable tech) with published thought leadership
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Global network of contacts in tech innovation hubs (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
