- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and prototyping emerging technologies with high disruption potential
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R labs to access cutting-edge innovations
- Present technology foresight findings to C-suite executives and investors, driving data-driven decisions
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable strategies
- Deep knowledge of global tech trends and disruptive innovation methodologies
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or managing R&D budgets >$10M
