Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum AI and bio-integrated systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen tech applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental technology initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Document and disseminate technical insights through white papers and industry talks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Published research or patents in relevant fields
