Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to inform 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for sustainable technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions
- Partner with research institutions to identify breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for next-gen products
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M and cross-functional teams of 20+
- Prior success launching commercialized products from emerging tech research
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
