Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven experience leading emerging tech initiatives (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market disruption analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive/board presentation experience
