Responsibilities
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) through 2026
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in next-gen computing paradigms
- Identify market opportunities in frontier tech sectors and create go-to-market strategies
- Partner with academic institutions and government agencies for technology policy influence
- Build and lead a team of futurists, engineers, and innovation specialists
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and disruptor threats
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech
- Track record of launching successful tech products/services
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (preferred)
