Responsibilities
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into product roadmaps
- Develop 5-year strategic technology plans aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to prioritize R&D investments and innovation initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and investors through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSTM) preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
