- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and digital transformation trends
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTMP, CTP) preferred
