Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities and risks
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for disruptive technologies
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of academic, startup, and industry innovators
- Author thought leadership on ethical tech adoption and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep understanding of tech ethics, regulatory landscapes, and SDGs
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
