Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies via patent analysis
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Experience with patent analysis and competitive intelligence tools
