Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligning tech innovations with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across departments
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech or business strategy publications
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT)
