Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess business impact through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation ROI and track implementation progress
- Foster partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- C-level stakeholder management experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
