- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization of future tech
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning hardware, software, and biotech domains
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/metaverse)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investors
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
