- Develop 2026-2028 strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating future technologies into product pipelines
- Present executive-level recommendations on tech investments and partnerships
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Build strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen solutions in sustainability and automation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Prior success in building tech ecosystems across organizations
