Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead research initiatives in decentralized systems and immersive metaverse ecosystems
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment and governance
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen technology adoption methodologies
- Analyze global tech trends to position company as industry thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond conceptual phase
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (e.g., IBM Q Professional)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for experimental technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
