Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with C-suite objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology pioneers and research partners
- Author annual 'Future State' reports shaping company R&D priorities
- Drive pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy implementation success
- Passion for ethical innovation and sustainable tech development
