- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to accelerate proof-of-concept development
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology readiness and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or technology grants
