Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and mentor high-performing technology teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape
- Oversee technology incubation programs and pilot projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., blockchain, IoT, biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
