Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies across biotech, AI, and clean energy
- Translate complex tech concepts into compelling stakeholder narratives and business cases
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible innovation
- Collaborate with venture partners to incubate spin-off technologies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Published author in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 environments
