Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI of technology investments
- Build partnerships with startups, universities, and research institutions
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management with executive/board experience
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
