- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Quantify market opportunities and build business cases for emerging technologies
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience developing technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory environments
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
