Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable milestones
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, spatial web) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage an external innovation network including startups and research institutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech portfolios
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building innovation frameworks in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future trends
