Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for future-proof solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investors
