- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with ROI projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Define KPIs for technology maturity and implementation success
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and market trend analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- MSc/MBA in relevant field or equivalent experience
