- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage technology forecasting scenarios and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with venture partners to scout emerging startups and technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CTO, CISSP)
