Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech) into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, product, and data science teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives to meet 2026 ESG targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-paced environments
