As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and industry disruptors to prototype solutions for quantum computing, advanced AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping tools
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or conferences
