Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and influence technology investment decisions
- Build and manage a network of external experts and academic partnerships for technology foresight
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at industry forums
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented technology strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in relevant field (MBA, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar)
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal oversight
