- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic insights to board and investor stakeholders
- Manage a team of 15+ engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Experience with federal innovation grants and policy advocacy
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
