Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy horizon for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Design and validate innovative product prototypes using rapid prototyping methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the executive board
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers and researchers in next-generation technology domains
- Ensure ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation frameworks are implemented
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market readiness indicators
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience with international tech policy and regulatory frameworks
