- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or decentralized systems
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and academic partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
